Ashland Place Architecture

The idea of Ashland Place came from the creator of the Heart Museum. He originally wanted large estates similar to those in Alvarado, but acreages were divided into smaller lots due to housing market conditions at the time. While the houses are smaller, they are still stunning. These homes have great views of the city and show off classic features that make them some of the most stand-out historic homes for sale in Phoenix, Arizona.
